I am a qualified counsellor, working in a person centred experiential modality. I’ve always been passionate about supporting others, creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted.
Aside from the thorough training I have undertaken, most of my experience comes from my work as a therapist at a well-known family counselling agency in West Sussex. Here I have had the privilege of working with both adults and young people age 11+, gaining invaluable experience in supporting those facing a variety of mild to moderate mental health issues.
Now, alongside my work with children, I also run my own private practice, offering a compassionate, down-to-earth space for people to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am fully insured to work as a counsellor.
I also hold and enhanced DBS for working with children and vulnerable adults.
