Life can be challenging at any age. Whether you're an adult facing stress, anxiety, loss, or life changes, or a child navigating big emotions and experiences, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s on your mind.
I work in a person-centred, experiential way, meaning that I tailor sessions to your unique needs, at your own pace. My role isn’t to give advice but to listen, support, and help you connect with your own thoughts and feelings in a way that leads to growth and healing.
For adults, this might mean talking through life’s difficulties, understanding emotions on a deeper level, or finding ways to cope with challenges.
For children, sessions are often more creative and playful, using storytelling, art, and other expressive methods to help them explore their feelings in a way that feels natural and safe.
No matter your age, my aim is to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and understood.
