Face to face counselling

• In person counselling sessions are carried out on an individual basis and are suitable for both adults and young people. 
• Creative arts and activities will always be on offer for young people, or adults who wish to use these as part of their therapy, 

Online / Telephone Counselling

• This is suitable for adults 18+ seeking a bit more flexibility, all you require is a phone / laptop / iPad and a safe confidential space of your own.

Fees

All counselling sessions are £50

Concessions are available for those on lower incomes and counsellors in training, these factors can be discussed on an individual basis.
